If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at buzz@thehunicompany.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue store credit.

We cannot accept claims made after 48 hours or for products that have been opened or used.
